Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of OND in related discipline
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience
- Must possess excellent written and communication skills.
- Persuasive personality with outgoing positive attitude
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers
- Result driven, timely, innovative with good negotiating skills
- Ability to self-motivate and multi-task, work independently or within a team

Responsibilities:
- Receives customers' requests by telephone/mail, analyzes requests and respond accordingly
